“I was introduced to Nicole back in April (2016) by an acupuncturist I was seeing. Over the past 10 years I have suffered from leg swelling and bloating and spent 10’s of thousands of dollars on doctors who couldn’t find anything wrong and would just give me a diuretic or do tests with the results coming back normal. Many told me it must just be food sensitivities or allergies. I was seeing the acupuncturist b/c it did help relieve some of the discomfort, I was having but it was only temporary.
I went to one of Nicole’s Dry Brushing classes and upon hearing more of what she knew and did concerning lymph it was like she was describing exactly what I’d been having issues with for so many years. I have been seeing her 1-2 times a month now and doing the dry brushing almost daily and I feel like a new person. It has been so beneficial to my health, my weight and just being more in-tune with my body and understanding how it works.
I also had a breast augmentation about 15 years ago and after having a child and breastfeeding they definitely were not as perky as before. After just a few sessions with Nicole I definitely noticed them lifted and actually had a friend ask me if I’d had them re-done. “Dear Nicole,
It is with deepest gratitude that I am writing of my experience with your treatments in the hope that others will experience equally beneficial results!
When I came to you I had already been to the “Best” clinic in Washington. I had been sent away from them with the instruction to come back in 6 – 8 months as they could not help me at that time until my general health improved. Needless to say, I was skeptical regarding any other remedies, but when I heard about your treatments, I figured well, I would just try one or two treatments – probably would not hurt me.
After my first treatment with you, I remember thinking, “Wow, I feel great! – this will probably only last until tomorrow.” To my greatest surprise I continued to feel stronger, had more energy and just felt better than I had in years.
As the treatments progressed these are some major changes I noticed in my overall health;
1) To begin with, for years I had been unable to drink more than 1 cup of water a day. This changed immediately, I now regularly drink 6 – 8 cups of water a day, every day!
2) For at least 20 years, I had barely been able to eat 1 meal a day. Again with your
treatments, I am eating 3 full meals a day. I am so amazed!
3) Because of two major surgeries in the same place I had a huge scar on my abdomen. With the treatments, the scar tissue has broken down and my tummy is noticeable flatter!
4) My favorite result of the treatments has been to the noticeable change in my body shape. As I am in my mid 50’s, I was so thrilled to see that as the result of your treatments my breasts were firmer, definitely lifted and shaped. This was also true of my facial shape. Lymphatics and CranioSacral: Sinuses Improved, Scarring Diminished
“I have spent time and money searching for ways to cope with certain health issues. Doctors and pills only go so far, and I was not content with the status quo. When I first started going to Nicole, I was searching for pain relief and general health improvement. She addressed the immediate need, but also helped me understand how interconnected everything is, and how choices I make can affect how I feel.
My first experience with Nicole was using the Lymph machine to stimulate the lymph system. I hoped it would help with recurring sinus issues. I didn’t see much improvement in that area at first, but I found myself feeling so much more energized after a session that I continued seeing her. With the Lymph, Nicole helped my whole system find new ways around areas of scarring that had interfered with proper functionality for many years. Later on, she concentrated more on the sinuses and helped reduce the frequency and severity of that as well.
Although what happens with Machine is fantastic, do not discount the value of her cranial-sacral work. I used to visit my chiropractor frequently with neck issues from an old car accident. Cranial Sacral is a very subtle treatment that addressed other issues, but one day I realized I hadn’t needed to visit my chiropractor in over a year. The cranial sacral is a synergistic treatment that can be used alternately with Lymph
and I trust Nicole’s expert opinion to guide me in my health plan.

“I have been participating in bodywork with Nicole Wirth for over a year (at this point). I was diagnosed with Stage 3B Breast Cancer in 2012. I underwent chemotherapy and radiation and needless to say I was feeling very poorly. Due to surgery for cancer, 20 lymph nodes were removed and it was explained to me that I would have lymphedema (swelling of the arm) because there were not enough pathways for the lymphatic fluid to go.
When I first started body work with Nicole, I had lymphedema. I was very tired all the time, my digestion was poor, I had a lot of pain in my body, particularly at the surgical site in the breast area and under my armpit. I had very little or no feeling in areas of my arm and breast, (the side where surgery had occurred), my hair was thin and I just did not feel healthy.
After my first session with Nicole, I was amazed at how well and relaxed I felt, my anxiety was greatly relieved. I noticed right away that I had energy. I started going to sessions twice a week and I noticed that the lymphedema in my arm and breast area was greatly reduced. As of now, I have not experienced (swelling) for many months. The more I went for bodywork, the more changes I felt. I slowly began to regain feeling in my breast, arm and armpit areas. Now, the feeling has returned almost completely. My breast had been very rigid and hard due to radiation and surgery. The scar tissue began loosening up, now it feels like a “normal” breast. It is soft and the scar does not hurt. Even the shape of it is normal again. The scars themselves are gradually getting lighter, too. I have more energy, more than I have ever had in many, many years, even before cancer. The “brain fog” I experienced for years is gone. On a side note, for years when I would visit the dentist, they would always find many cavities, on average 4-6. Since the bodywork with Nicole, I have not had ANY cavities!!!
I tell my family and friends, who say they have never seen me look better, that I have never felt this good for years. I will always be grateful to Nicole for all she has done for helping me to regain my health and life.
