This is a great blend for assisting in deep emotional hurt, such as overcoming thoughts of blame and revenge. Often, helping the body to heal from deep illnesses, (in a different capacity than Vitality) both physically as well as emotionally. Its a gentle nudge towards getting back on track with inner peace and harmony. I would categorize this Blend as a NUMBER TWO for treatment, but if you clear the areas of deep emotions and allow health to come in, I could see how this Blend could fit a NUMBER ONE category.
